 Our halal food shelf aims to address the unique dietary needs of Somali Americans, ensuring that they have access to wholesome, nutritious, and halal-certified food items. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to enjoy meals that align with their religious and cultural values, regardless of their socioeconomic circumstances. 

 Our crime prevention program aims to address the unique challenges faced by the Somali American community and create a proactive approach to combating crime. We firmly believe that prevention is key, and by equipping community members with the knowledge, resources, and skills necessary to address and prevent criminal activity, we can build a safer future for all. 

 Our civic engagement program aims to educate, inspire, and mobilize community members to become active participants in the democratic process. We provide resources, training, and opportunities for individuals to understand their rights, engage with local government, and contribute to decision-making processes that directly affect their lives. 

The Somali American Partnership is dedicated to helping our communities by educating about and stabilizing their homes.  Stable housing is a fundamental human need and right that is crucial for establishing thriving, empowered communities.  While we cannot provide financial aid for housing, we may offer guidance and education for home purchases and eviction prevention.  Two important initiatives, the Homeownership Capacity program and Housing Stability services, offer housing education and help.

 Our family consultation program aims to provide a supportive and inclusive space where Somali American families can access professional guidance and support to address their specific needs. We offer culturally sensitive and linguistically appropriate consultations, tailored to the diverse circumstances and dynamics within each family.
